This study aims to determine the implementation of the awareness training model in improving the social attitudes of elementary school students in thematic learning. The background of this research is based on the low social attitudes of students, such as lack of cooperation, empathy, responsibility, and concern for peers during the learning process. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method involving elementary school students as research subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the awareness training model significantly improved students’ social attitudes. Students became more active in cooperating, respecting others’ opinions, showing empathy, and demonstrating better responsibility during thematic learning activities. Therefore, the awareness training model can be used as an effective alternative learning model to improve the social attitudes of elementary school students.
